WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
New patients should call (360) 634 - 8949 and discuss their needs with us. If you leave a voicemail, the call will be returned as soon as possible, typically within an hour or two during business hours.
WHAT INSURANCES DO YOU TAKE?
At this time we are taking L&I claims, both self-insured and state fund. Sorry. no federal claims. Non-medicare patients can be seen on a cash pay basis. Medicare patients may be seen on a cash-pay basis for non-urgent care under certain limited circumstances.
WHAT IS THE ERGOCARE PHILOSOPHY OF CARE?
We are a Hippocratic medical practice.
We use a holistic, patient-centered approach, mindful that social, economic, emotional, familial, and spiritual issues need to be addressed and understood for patients to thrive. We provide trauma-informed care from a Health At Every Size perspective.
DON'T PAS NEED A SUPERVISING DOCTOR?
ErgoCare works with two medical doctors licensed in Washington for oversight and consultation. One physician does not see patients at this clinic, while the other will be seeing patients by telemedicine in the future.
WHAT DOES A VISIT COST?
Injured worker visits are covered by the state at no cost to the injured worker. Private pay patients receive discounts for payment at time of service. We are able to accept credit and debit cards; inquire for a full list of payment options.
